An autopsy of the body of the late Makasi Mwangangi has been carried out today at Mwingi level 4 hospital mortuary by Dr. Ndengwa, a Nairobi based Pathologist.
The pathologist has ruled out that the cause of death was haemorrhage (blood loss) and infection due to prolonged labor.
The process was conducted before,Titus Ngungulu, a fellow pathologist, the family of the deceased, Health CECM, Ruth Koki, Mwingi level 4 medical Superintendent among other health officers.
This rules out speculations that the deceased died due to medical negligence and that her body had an infant inside her womb raised by area MP, Gideon Mulyungi.
