Bonface Mukwate Katula for their dedicated service and leadership. “Your commitment, diligent efforts and your contributions will be remembered with gratitude” reiterated Speaker Kinengo.
Kitui county assembly speaker Kevin Katisya had rejected attempts to change the house leadership, saying the process was not procedurally done.
MCAs had been locked in bitter fights to change the house leaders but Katisya said the attempts were null and void because the communication was made to his office in the wrong manner.
