Five bright and needy students in Enzou secondary school in Ikanga Kyatune benefited from Hon Cyrus Musyoka “Sonko” where he has cleared their school fees and donated sports apparel and equipment to this secondary school in his ward.
Speaking on Saturday 27th may 2023 when he interacted with students in Enzou secondary school where he said he want to end the norm of sending students for school and actualize 100% school retention rate across his entire ward.
“We want to end the culture of sending students home for fees all the time. I will work with all stakeholders across the board to realize that our students are retained in school,” said Sonko.
The super MCA also donated assorted sports apparel and equipment and cleared school fees for five bright but needy students in Enzou Secondary School.
“We can all agree that young people are the most affected by the crisis facing our country, but they are also the ones with the most innovative ideas and energy to build a better society for tomorrow. Let us continue to empower young people, the idealistic rhetoric of young people being the future is all good, but the youth is here now, they have solutions now. lets support retention, ” Ward boss said.
