Exactly 5 day after Phoebe Mutemi took oath of office On Wednesday 8th February 2023 at the Governor’s office compound at the county headquarters.
Former Gender, Sports and Culture CECM Hellenah Ken on Monday 13th February 2023 handed over the office to incoming County Executive Committee Member Mrs Phoebe Ndunyu Mutemi.
The new CECM has committed to offer leadership in the ministry for efficient service delivery to the people of Kitui.
The exercise took place at Agricultural Mechanization Services (AMS) offices On Monday 13th February 2023.
Kitui people have their government fully constituted. This is after all the CECMS and COs have today 8th February, 2023 signed all official documents to allow them to perform in respective offices.In his ambitious manifesto, Malombe intends to transform Kitui county into a healthy, food and water secure populace, where quality basic education is affordable to all.
