Through her lyrics, she celebrates achievements in infrastructure, education, water access, and youth empowerment, painting a picture of progress and partnership between the county and national governments.

Speaking about her dual calling, Cecilia said, “My desire to join the Prison Service came from a deep wish to serve my country and make a positive difference in people’s lives. I’ve always believed in rehabilitation and second chances  helping others rebuild their lives with dignity and purpose.”

Beyond her duties in uniform, music has become her second language of service. “Music allows me to reach people emotionally, to share messages of hope and resilience. Through this song, I wanted to express appreciation for President Ruto’s leadership and highlight Kitui’s warmth, development, and hospitality,” she explained.

As Kitui readies itself to host the President and the nation for Mashujaa Day, Officer Cecilia Titus stands out as a shining example of service, talent, and patriotism  a true hero using her voice not only to promote peace but also to celebrate progress.
