Kitui County governor Dr Julius Malombe (EGH) joined hundreds of mourners who had converged to pay last respect to the family of the late Agnes Kamene Kilonzo, Mother to Nason Kangalya Chief Officer for Youth, Sports, ICT and innovation in Governor Malombe’s administration.
Speaking during the solemn mass at Unyaa Primary School, Kitui Central, the county boss described the deceased as a great woman who worked hard to train her children to become responsible citizens.
Adding that by 30th November his administration in partnership with Catholic Medical Mission Board (CMMB) will be launching a Cancer Centre at the county’s Referral facility in Kitui Town. The Ksh 20 Million project under construction is funded by the Bristol Myers Squibb foundation and being implemented by CMMB.
Present was senator Enoch Kiio, County executive committee members, a section of MCAs, Chief officers, the clergy, County Staffs, Maseno university alumnae, etc
