Kitui Deputy Governor Augustine Kanani has today reassured Kitui residents of deliberate, equitable and people-centered service delivery by the county government.
DG Kanani added that, Governor Julius Malombe’s administration is keen to implement sustainable development across the county in line with his 16-sector agenda.

He was speaking On Monday, February 13th, 2023 at a hotel in Kitui Town where he officiated opening ceremony for Women in Water Stakeholders forum, organized by REACH- Women in Water(REACH-WiW) Programme and University of Nairobi, in collaboration with Kitui County Government’s Water Department.
The REACH-WiW stakeholders forum seeks to ensure, Women are actively involved as experts, partners and agents of the water-secured future, in addressing their practical and strategic gender needs in the water sector.
The event was attended by a section of women leaders drawn from the 40 Wards of Kitui County, County Water experts and other officers from Kitui County Government.
