MP Charles Nguna Graces a Fundraiser for Holy Family Parish Projects


On Sunday, May 12, 2024, Hon. Charles Nguna, MP of Mwingi West Constituency, participated in Sunday mass at Holy Family Parish in Kabati, located in Kitui West Constituency. It was a gesture of solidarity and engagement with the local community, showcasing his commitment to both his constituents and religious values.

Following the mass, Hon. Nguna actively contributed to a funds drive aimed at establishing the Holy Family Parochial Academy. The event gathered momentum as over 11 million shillings were raised, demonstrating the collective effort to support the completion of parish projects and educational initiatives within the community.

Among the notable attendees at the funds drive were Hon. Edith Nyenze, MP of Kitui West, Nicholas Mulila, Chief Corporate Security Officer at Safaricom, Fredrick Kimanga, CECM of Kitui County, Hon.
