Residents of Mumoni ward in Mumoni sub county ,Mwingi North have casted a blame on the KDF stating they did not participate in the recently conducted recruitment.
They’ve said Mumoni sub county was not gazetted to conduct the exercise that initially takes place at Katse market.
The youths were forced to go to Thagicu sub county in Tharaka ward where only one youth was picked and they are now calling for justice stating the youths in Mumoni ward ought to be given a chance to participate in the venture.
The area MCA, Titus Kasinga said it is the first time the recruitment in Mumoni was skipped in Mumoni.
He added that as area leaders, they pushed for correction of the gazetted notice for the exercise to be done in Mumoni but their efforts bore no fruits. They are now calling on CS Aden Duale to intervene and ensure justice is served to them.
