The Kitui Activist Augustus Kyalo Muli has advised the Kitui Speaker Kevin Kinengo to seek forgiveness from MCAs to halt the Impeachment motion moreso during this Easter Holiday Season.
On Wednesday Members of County Assembly tabled impeachment motion to the Clerk of the Kitui assembly.
The Dubai based Kenyan businessman Mr Kyalo addressing the members of the press on Friday 7th 2023, said that he don’t wish ill for speaker Kinengo.
“I once sat across the table with Kinengo at a function in Nguutani Catholic Church and told him that I had nothing personal against him. And that it was his acts in the Assembly, his ego, his arrogant nature in handling MCAs and his appetite for corruption that would cost him the seat”, He added.
The billionaire businessman has urged speaker Kinengo to lower his ego and He should not wait until he is impeached because he ambitious youth leader. He should sit with his bosses and seek forgiveness and ask for second chance to lead the youthful MCAs.
“My advise to Hon Kinengo is that his luck has run out. He tried to join the cartels too quickly and in the end soiled his name and his reputation. To salvage whatever is left, Kinengo must quickly and quietly resign. Let him learn quickly that if your boss doesn’t want you, you stand fired. Let him not embarrass himself by trying to fight for something that is no longer his.”
