Deputy Governors (DGs) consultative meeting to discuss key matters related to the Office of the DG including strengthening the roles & responsibilities of a Deputy Governor, code of conduct for state officers, value-based leadership, and engagement with strategic partners.
The chief guest, H.E. Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua emphasized the need for DGs to cultivate complementarity & not competition in the running of County affairs.
Further, He urged them to prioritize service to the County and to remain humble and respectful.
Further, the Deputy Governors shared their experiences and expressed their commitment to work in collaboration with all state and non-state stakeholders to strengthen devolution and drive the development agenda for the benefit of all citizens.
