Kitui aspiring Governor 2027 Jimmy Safi Mulwa (Tanga) has warned parents and guardians against keeping school –going children at home, saying they risk arrest and prosecution.
The renown business man said some parents are struggling to take their bright children to schools they cannot afford instead of opting for what they can manage.
Speaking exclusively with Hopkin Reporter said there is nothing wrong with children joining local secondary schools where parents can afford to pay their school fees without much hustle.
“It is the government’s policy that we have 100 per cent transition to secondary schools. Safi said, stressing on the right children have to access education.
