Unity Call As Kitui Assembly Breaks For Long Recess

The county assembly of Kitui on Wednesday 6th December, 2023 adjourned it’s sitting for a long festive holiday recess to resume on Tuesday 13th February 2024 at 9A.M.

Addressing the MCAs, members of service and members of the press in a dinner held at a popular hotel in kitui Town, Kitui county assembly speaker Hon kelvin Kinengo urged the legislators to remain well and return in a good shape in the new year.

Speaker  Kinengo lauded Members of the County Assembly for selfless service and dedication they demonstrated throughout the session in carrying out their constitutional mandate. Speaker Kinengo further reminded Honourable Members that the recess accords them adequate time to interact with their constituents.
